Kathleen Perry

Kathleen, Matt’s sister, joins our team from the pharmaceutical industry where she excelled in customer service. As our Director of Operations, she works alongside Matt & Mallory to help clients from the time of their initial meeting to discuss selling their home, preparing their home for the market and throughout the sale period.

A Cary native, Kathleen enjoys spending time outdoors, being at the lake and traveling with her boyfriend.  She can also be found cheering on the Steelers and Wolfpack!
