Joe’s marketing and sales background spans nearly three decades and extends across multiple industries – from high-tech to hospitality; financial services to publishing; to real estate sales and property management.
Joe has extensive experience collaborating with client-partners to uncover their unique wants and needs, and the resolve and negotiating skills to drive positive outcomes for all involved. Authenticity and openness best characterize Joe’s approach to work. He looks at every relationship individually and focuses on the unique needs of each situation. And there are very few people as responsive and committed as Joe. Prior to his involvement in real estate, Joe worked at various marketing firms with leading brands such as NBC/Universal, Yamaha Motors, and Forbes Magazine.
A native of Atlanta, Joe currently resides in Raleigh. He has served on the board of Crisis Ministries Food Kitchen and is a veteran of the Make-A-Wish Trailblaze Challenge, a 28-mile, one-day fundraising hike. Joe supports various business associations as an advisor and featured speaker.
