Dylan Livingston
Dylan is a lifelong Triangle resident, having lived in Durham, Chapel Hill, and Hillsborough, giving him a deep understanding of the area’s neighborhoods, culture, and growth. His local perspective helps clients feel confident and informed throughout their home search.
Before real estate, Dylan built a strong foundation in hospitality and leadership at Hyatt Hotels’ Carolina Inn, where he managed a front-office team of 20. His background in high-level guest service, problem-solving, and team coordination translates directly into the attentive, organized experience he provides to buyers and sellers today. He is also currently completing his degree at UNC part-time, reflecting his commitment to continual growth.
Outside of work, Dylan enjoys playing golf, going for long walks, following professional sports, and spending quality time with his family. He is proud to bring his local knowledge, hospitality mindset, and energetic approach to The Perry Group’s collaborative, client-focused team.
