Meet Dylan Livingston
For Dylan Livingston, real estate is about much more than houses, it’s about people, relationships, and getting to talk about the Triangle for a living.
A Durham native who grew up in Duke Park and now lives in Chapel Hill, Dylan has watched the Triangle grow from the perspective of someone who has always called it home. Despite his Durham roots, his loyalties are firmly Carolina blue. A lifelong UNC Tar Heel, Dylan attends the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and considers the university and its traditions a major part of his life.
Outside of real estate, Dylan is usually on a golf course. He loves using golf as a way to build relationships, whether that means taking a client out for an introduction, talking through a transaction, or celebrating a closing somewhere considerably better than a conference room.
Giving back is equally important to him. Dylan volunteers with the Journey League Foundation, helping create opportunities for individuals with special needs to experience the camaraderie and joy of sports.
Before real estate, Dylan built his career in hospitality, where he learned that exceptional service comes down to anticipating what people need before they have to ask. He brings that same mentality to his clients today, communicate relentlessly, know the details, protect their interests, and make the process enjoyable along the way.
When he isn’t working, volunteering, or golfing, Dylan is probably watching sports. Along with the Tar Heels, he follows the Carolina Panthers, Carolina Hurricanes, Boston Celtics, Boston Red Sox, and Chelsea FC. At home, he’s outnumbered by his two cats, Bogey and Tiger, which should tell you just how seriously golf factors into his life.
Dylan is proud to have grown up in Durham, proud to call Chapel Hill home, and even prouder to help others find their own place in the Triangle of North Carolina.
