Kathleen joins our team from the pharmaceutical industry where she excelled in customer service. As our Director of Operations, she understands the roles of all of our operations department as she has worked her way from starting at entry level to her position now . This has helped her to understand the other positions and their needs/wants in their role. She oversees the administrative team and helps clients from front start to finish on both sides of the transactions. Kathleen's motto is "How can I help?" When Kathleen isn't keeping the team going and making sure the wheels don't fall off, she enjoys spending time at the lake with family, traveling and cheering on the NC State Wolfpack!
