Kathleen joined our team after a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, organization, and client care. Since joining our team, she has worked her way through multiple roles within the operations department, giving her a unique understanding of each position and what it takes to keep every part of a real estate transaction moving smoothly. Kathleen supports both our agents and clients throughout the entire real estate process—from the beginning of a transaction all the way through closing. Her hands-on experience in various roles allows her to anticipate the needs of her team, solve problems quickly, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service every step of the way. Kathleen’s motto is simple: “How can I help?” Whether she’s supporting a client, assisting an agent, or making sure everything behind the scenes stays on track, she is always ready to step in wherever she’s needed. When she isn’t keeping the team organized and making sure all the wheels stay firmly attached, Kathleen enjoys traveling and doing life with her boyfriend, spending time at the lake with her family and friends and cheering on the NC State Wolfpack!
